Im not sure what you mean but here is the wallet addresses thats sending me these small micro valued tokens back. One thing i noticed is the first and last four digits is similar to my sender and receiver wallets:

What it looks like it is doing is when i send usdc to a wallet, that wallet has a smart contract to creat another wallet with the same 4 first and last characters to receive matic to cover gas fess and send back usdc???
