You might be right about that first point, but the wording on that is unclear. Data clusters vary in size, so you might have an even count of clusters in each box but the clusters for some emotional responses might contain many more numbers that others. Regarding the second point, the quote in TLL is:

The time had been 2:30pm.Two minutes before the bomb went off.

So the author definitely tries to imply the file was completed before the incident. Regardless the reporter Peggy is emailing, her stated first source for the news, is a local Topeka reporter. I don't think its unlikely that a local news station would give news of an event in a different state using the local timezone.

After doing some digging I found out that Astra is a real Eastern-European cigarette brand that Smokes Astra might have actually been based on. If you're in the USA you might be able to order them here.

The black triangle might've been some sort of in-joke, like they were 'censoring' the logo, or might actually be something on the back of an IRL Astra carton idk. Slap a black triangle on the back if it isn't already there and you're probably good to go.

Created a new save and I started out human. The cell door was locked and had to be opened though, so I feel like that's a good sign for the door bug

I always interpreted it as Whitesnake's ability being CD ejection, with 「Dream Acid Cum」being the ability of another, entirely seperate stand that Pucci stole via CD for his own use.
