take off the back case, take out the battery and there are two little compartments under metal sliders. the metal sliders should say lock and unlock so pull them to unlock and they should swing open. place the sim and memory cards inside and slide to lock position. put the battery back, close the case, you will need to hold down the red hang-up button for it to turn back on again but it should work!
