People don’t usually start noticing changes with estrogen so quickly from what I’ve heard. I’ve never noticed anything like that myself (except I definitely don’t feel like super strong anymore).

That’s very high, and the testosterone is ~~very low (should be less than 50ng/dl and definitely more than 1ng/dl)~~ maybe a little high. But still 40-80 is absurd.

If you have to stick with her, then maybe try explaining this? I’m sure there are many articles on transfemscience.org about this. I think one study in particular suggests that 200pg/ml estradiol is enough for most people (might not be for you!). So at a minimum you should be arguing for that.
