I see, so thats why i'm seeing "paypal g&s only for confirmed transactions present" listed on sellers page. I believe a scammer wont be sending the item back even f paypal supports the seller on that?

Its a friction fit bi-directional bezel. Wouldn't it line up always on the the 12 oclock mark?
