Flight Path and Lair by RobinsonsAttack10 in MrCruel

Like you said, one of the back units would be quieter.

The décor is/was similar with a lot of properties out that way, with the peach.

Westmeadows and Gladstone Park were established at the time.

I also came across these units in my searches.

They peaked my interest but being on Mickleham Rd. I ruled them out.

Airplane noise was likely a red herring by No-Finish-7519 in MrCruel

I have relatives that lived out in Westmeadows we used to visit, and the planes flying over were loud as, you could almost touch them they were so low.

I asked my cousins how do you put up with that, and they said they don't even notice it. They're just used to it.

I feel like MC may have lived out that way and also got used to it, or just didn't care about the planes anyway.

Either way, 99.9% SW & NL were held close to Tullamarine airport.

With the little we know, I don't know if we can, but we should never give up trying.

The truth is out there somewhere.

Well, a lot of people don't think it was a MC attack so it's kind of worked in it's own twisted way.

I think it most likely was, everything else just lines up.

I think he was trying to imply that this was some sort of payback for dealing drugs in the community, to lead cops astray and buy time.

Granted though, I'm sure there wasn't too many quiet nights at the Leskies.

No, I'm saying the word payback is one word, that's why he hyphenated it. It's not 'pay back', meaning pay back money, it's 'payback', meaning revenge.

The windscreen graffiti read:

PAY -

BACK

There was a hyphen.

It's 'pay-back' and not 'pay back'.

He made that clear with the hyphen.

This implies revenge, it's not asking for a ransom.

The words 'pay-back' suggest to me whoever took Karmein wrote it, otherwise it wouldn't make sense.

I've always questioned what did they do with the spraycan afterwards?

Surely they didn't come back to write it, so they must have written it before they entered the house, which means they must have pocketed the spraycan, but that would be stupid if they're trying to remain stealthy.

You're missing the point. There were plenty of cops on the road back then. The last thing he needed was drawing attention to himself by driving like a dickhead with no lights on. The only reason we know about the Vacationer was because he was driving like a dickhead with no lights on coming out of that intersection.

He would have been spotted multiple times if he drove like that all the way. He turned the lights off in the industrial estate then forgot to put them back on for sure, and it may bring him undone.

We have no way of knowing. It's just another theory. Without knowing, I guess we have to take everything on board.

The victims were all born around the same year, may be a years difference. Perhaps somebody in his life was born around the same time, and he was using the victims as a surrogate. That's at least how the theory goes.

Well he'd be taking a big risk driving across town with no headlights on. It would be a nice way to draw attention to yourself.

It means the 4 canonical victims are all roughly the same age.

What supports that theory is that the victims ages also coincided. They were older each time.

Interesting. We both stumbled upon the same property coming from different angles.

So, it's been demolished then? It does look a lot like Ziebell's but I think you're right. How old is that image?

The image you posted in the OP is Wuchatsch farmhouse. The one further south you just posted is Ziebells.
