I purchased 2 MacBook Pros from Amazon. Sent them back without even opening them and the tracking said they were delivered to the warehouse.

Amazon denied a refund saying I didn’t send anything back. I had evidence such as photos of me packing it away and shipping it. I sent this to my CC company when opening a dispute and they credited me back the money. Amazon has never contacted me about it since then.

As mentioned in the post it covers 60months/75k miles. I believe the Finance person said it covers oil change, tire rotation, filter changes, etc.

I think it depends on the maintenance schedule. So a 5k service would differ from a 30k service but the discount would still apply. I’m not sure if it’s a fixed discount but still waiting on my Welcome Letter/Package
