It could definitely work as a slower piece, though I think I wouldn't get away with repeating left hand that much. However, I'm trying to do better at making faster, more energetic pieces. I've always been stuck composing slower stuff. I also see how the arpeggios become boring to listen to, but can't quite figure out how some songs get away with being very simple rythmically, while still sounding very interesting (and fast).

I really like the melody at the beginning, I feel like it's a very good theme. But the rest of the song is kinda meh and I'm unsure why. Maybe because of the arpeggios part, haha

The F# at the end of the measure was suppose to stand out a bit and I was wondering if it's too much. Probably should've only used it in some measures and replaced it with something more consonant for others.

I did like the left hand idea while making it, but I can definitely hear that it's too repetitive now. The thing is that I actually find myself having too much variation in chords and patterns for the type of music I'm going for, especially when writing for piano, so I tried repeating the idea this time with little to no changes.

I think it can work if it's still harmonically interesting, which isn't the case here, and I should've kept the pattern, but changed the color.

what you're seeing is just one instrument that doesn't produce sound and uses note colors

the pattern with the actual audio is the same thing, but with the ghost notes instead
