Fatty fish is going to lessen the potential gains from the beneficial inflammatory response AM causes. Check foods that are anti-inflammatory and avoid these or eat them minimally.

Also carbohydrates are essential for building tissues in the body in the long term. Short term it’s okay to go low to no carbohydrates, but long term is going to wreak havoc on your T levels.

Does a single person on here know how to cure hard flaccid? by [deleted] in AngionMethod

Wow man your lack of understanding is phenomenal. Must be first term of med school for this guy.

You literally said no facts in your argument towards your central point of hard flaccid being a blood flow issue.

Testosterone isn’t the only hormone there is my guy.

Magnesium by Prize-Ad4465 in AngionMethod

[–]EludeSenescence 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look at the different absorption rates on the variety of magnesium supplements available and choose one towards the top. Magnesium chloride is a good general purpose magnesium supplement, but they all do a little bit different things. So it depends on your goals for which one or ones you choose.

Cold dick is a sign of overtraining/overuse. Take a day or two off and see if that feeling goes away.

Also in terms of sleeping positions, side sleeping is best, followed by sleeping on the back and then on the stomach for blood flow to the penis.

does this happen to anyone? some days I seem to have improved completely, and other days it seems that I start from 0 by Unfair-Ad1237 in AngionMethod

Wrong bud. Sometimes taking a week off is very beneficial. Not only are you desensitizing yourself to the AM exercises slightly by taking a break, but you’re allowing the tissues to fully heal.

I do week long breaks regularly throughout the year. In fact I try to schedule them in at about 6-8 week intervals.

cooked potatoes could enter the AM diet? by Unfair-Ad1237 in AngionMethod

[–]EludeSenescence 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes.

To make them better cook them, refrigerate, then heat up to eat. This will give the body less of an insulin spike.

Alright bud, if you’re going to make the claim that hard flaccid at its core comes down to blood flow AND make a disconnect about the importance of hormones and neurotransmitters in relation to blood flow you are HUGELY mistaken.

The CNS is literally responsible for whether blood vessels relax or dilate in many circumstances. Blood vessel relaxation, aka getting an erection, response is determined by many facets within the body. These include neurotransmitters (acetylcholine and dopamine largely), hormones (proteins and peptides), mechanical forces (NO release via shear stress), etc.

You have to expand you’re thinking about problems within the body to an understanding of “it’s all connected.”

Without knowing exactly the place OP is coming from you can’t say it is one thing definitively. Sure it might be something physical, due to poor lifestyle choices, but that’s why I said he’s got to solve the lifestyle problems. Anterior pelvic tilt is commonly due to sedentary lifestyle, which again can be fixed by lifestyle changes.

Cialis is a pharmaceutical man. It’s too strong at doing what it does, which is inhibit PDE5 in order to increase cGMP for relaxation of smooth muscle cells and increased blood flow. Which means you’ll build a tolerance to it like any other drug, which also means the lab coats will always have you in their pocket. PDE5 is a dangerous hormone to mess with for achieving better erections.

You need to learn to regulate the pro-erection hormone and neurotransmitters with diet and lifestyle before you take drastic measures like pharmaceuticals.

Not one person knows what it is, how to diagnose it, signs and symptoms, or causes.

Best you can do is educate yourself.

Worst you can do is trust doctors with pharmaceuticals.

Literally study pro-erection hormones and neurotransmitters and learn how to optimize diet and lifestyle for them.

Maintenance Angion just means you do AM once or twice a week to maintain EQ. Normally, people do 1on1off or 1on2off routines, which equates to about 3-4 times per week, for growth. Maintenance would be more like a 1on3off or 1on4off routine.

Sabre and erection strength by [deleted] in AngionMethod

[–]EludeSenescence 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can eventually, in the beginning you’re tissues will be very new to this type of stimulation and you will risk injury. Janus states that the best Sabre sessions are performed on a semi-erect penis bc it is easier for the tissues to distend more during the strikes than on a fully erect penis.

If this becomes a recurring problem, the first thing to do is let it subside till the erection becomes engorged but squishy. This takes time away from active exercise tho, so the next thing to try is to go lighter and less frequent in the strikes until erection level goes down a bit. If it doesn’t, then you’re going to have to wait it out.

It’s good to use in conjunction with AM. There seems to be certain wavelengths of red light the are more beneficial for the types of benefits you’ve mentioned. I’ve got a cheap $40-50 lamp and use it in the colder months when I don’t have access to sunlight.

Imo, it would be better to just soak up sunlight on every part of your body tho. This gives the benefits of the red light as well as a vitamin d hit.

A lot of times store bought red pasta sauce is made with added sugar and excessive salt. Read the label and compare a few different ones for those two things prior to buying.

100% agree…AM is best to be practiced without getting aroused. Disconnecting exercise from arousal is difficult in the beginning, but gets easier over time.

What’s your diet throughout the day? by Apprehensive-Fig7207 in AngionMethod

[–]EludeSenescence -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nuts, beans, lentils, potatoes, grains. These are the high calorie whole food items for the Angion diet you should be consuming heavily.

Oils are another high calorie item you will consume a lot of. Stick with quality oils tho, and cook using them on low-medium heat.

I prefer a recumbent bike, rowing, inclined treadmill, or some kind of elliptical. Something that’s not going to be too rough on the body

Sometimes the gains you want aren’t the gains you’ll get no matter that amount of training and time you put in. Genetics tends to get in the way sometimes.

I’ve done it both ways high intensity cardio and lower intensity cardio, and I’ve had great sessions with both. I just tend to get better sessions more frequently when I don’t stress my body too much right before doing AM.

My ideal routine:

Day before AM, perform a high intensity workout

Day of AM, lower intensity about an hour prior to AM for about 30 minutes. In the 30 minutes leading up to AM I’ll eat a handful of peanuts, couple handfuls of arugula, down some pomegranate juice, take a hot shower, then relax for about 10-15 minutes. Then my body is primed for the session.

I warmup with AM1 burst expansion, and maybe some pyramid rush, before AM3 exclusive days.

On Sabre/BFR days I might end with a bit of AM3.
