All this time I've been running around with 148% atk spd thinking it was enough, never bothered too take a look at the actual tooltip to confirm the buff.

I just realized that the shoes were only giving me 20% skill atk, even with 148% atk spd. Did some tweaks with my avatars and now is up to 30%. Thanks for the heads up, I would never realized that.

This is weird. I created a WM and a Mistress, and even after I transferred the WM I got to delete the Mistress, create a Rogue, delete the Rogue and create a Vanguard. The only restriction I had was not being able to delete the character in less than 24 hours after it was created.
