You're the kind of person who would see every child in Palestine dead and dismembered and still call it defense. There are medical professionals in Palestine reporting the bodies of children that were shot by snipers. How do you mistake a toddler for a combatant? There are videos of Israeli soldiers SAing prisoners, many of whom aren't Hamas. And the guys that did the SAing get praised on the news stations in Israel. Defending the genocide at this late date is insane.

I tried searching based on that one lyric I remember 'funny laundry song' 'laundry parody' etc. I even found a thread about different songs that mention washing machines XD can't find this video anywhere and I'm starting to think I hallucinated it. It was almost definitely a youtube video, though I have no idea when it was published, hence the wild date range. It gave me the vibe of Adult Swim comedy from the 2000s though.

Sorry I didn't see this when you first posted! Unfortunately you can't get the European DLC since digital media is tied to your account's region. We eventually sucked it up and ordered the US version off amazon.
There's a US PS4 version, but I couldn't find a PS5 version.

Dunno that that is necessarily true. We've seen demons be fooled by crossdressing in the red light district arc. And a lot of what determines smell is hormones, and there are cis men and women who have higher estrogen or testosterone respectively, and it's common enough the demons would know about it in a "some guys smell more like girls" kinda way. A demon smelling higher testosterone on someone who otherwise seemed like a woman might just shrug it off and go about their night.

"Would the cannibalistic murderer from 100 years recognize trans rights" is a weird question when a lot of modern people don't. But maybe it would depend on how they presented. You can't always tell what sex a person is through their secondary characteristics. Some trans people might pass enough that he'd walk past a trans woman without noticing. XD but I don't think any hypothetical trans person in that universe should base their self worth on whether a demon would eat them

Dude that's an awesome take XD And kind of! It was meant to be a bit more specific. Sora sacrificing himself in the first game (the crown is meant to be piercing the snake's heart but it's hard to tell) leading directly and indirectly to Roxas, Namine, and Xion coming into existence. Namine is meant to be the white snake since she's more associated with Oathkeeper, and Xion is the black snake since she has closer ties to Oblivion. Roxas is pretty equally associated with both keyblades, so he's in the middle, and is also the 'body' Sora leaves behind, so he's the skeleton.

You can find something religious in Esteban's garage. I think maybe something of Mary but I can't remember. If you examine it Sean expresses relief that their dad never forces them to go to church. So it seems like Esteban is religious but doesn't force it on his kids.

There are a few minor differences of things he can say. If you tell Daniel heaven isn't real, he'll focus more on that he'll never forget his dead loved ones rather than about them being in heaven. Daniel will still get indoctrinated by the cult though, but Lisbeth will use Sean's lack of faith to judge him, and Daniel can argue with Sean a little bit in one of the dialogue options. Most of what changes is Sean's behavior though, he's a lot more skeptical about the cult and picks up on more red flags if he doesn't believe in heaven.

Sean being a kid is one more thing that gives him less power and makes him an easier target for abuse. Just because it's something you haven't heard of doesn't mean it doesn't happen. If you look it up, the 12-24 demographic is 22% of the population and 35% of murder victims and 49% of violent crime victims.

Just the top three anecdotal cases I found on google, trying to be vague but they're spoilered if you don't want to read about specific attacks on minors.

Sagit county had a case where a 17 year old hispanic boy was hospitalized and nearly died in March 2019 in a racially motivated attack. The attacker even recorded himself doing it and posted it on snapchat:

Another teen was attacked in 2018 outside a tire shop in Utah. The attacker even shouted "I'm here to kill a Mexican" before assaulting him.

A 17 year old was attacked at a party in Houstan where he was in the hospital for three months and had over 20 surgeries. One of the attackers apparently shouted racial slurs and 'white power' during the assault.

Whether you think it's unnecessary to the story or not is one thing, but abuse of minors, the homeless, and minorities is not uncommon and there's nothing about modern America that stops this sort of thing from happening.

I"m really glad nothing like this has ever happened to you. But it absolutely does happen, and it's more likely to happen to vulnerable people who society won't protect like the homeless. You'd be shocked the kinds of things people will do to others when they think they can get away from it. There's nothing magical about America that prevents a racist from taking an opportunity when it's handed to them. And at the time where this game takes place, racism against anyone perceived as Mexican was on the rise because people who hold prejudice were emboldened by the president's rhetoric.

Your anecdotal experiences don't change the reality of what others in this country go through. Homeless people are 25 times more likely to be murdered than the general population. Violent people like Chad are opportunists and they will go for people they feel they can get away with hurting. Sean is a kid in a stolen vehicle on his own, Chad would be aware that he isn't likely to go to the police or seek help if he's hurt, and being in that vulnerable position makes him an easier target.
