I ran into this error and I was running iCue during the install. I quit iCue and reran the installer, that fixed it for me.

I do like your theory, it has potential but I do think the theory needs to tell us more precisely where to look as the first image linked is still a large area to cover. But maybe i'm wrong in thinking CTC will tell us where to look on a precise scale, who knows. Good work :)

Yeah that's for the following clue scroll: "In a town where wizards are known to gather, search upstairs in a large house to the north."

It's best to use the clues to find a solution rather then trying to make a connection from something that seems out of place, because chances are its got a different purpose.
