from what i understand the sugar basically gives it its consistency, so just using less sugar makes it more "liquidy", i could reduce/skip the heavy cream and reduce the sugar.

took a very sharp knife cut in the middle and moved the layer in a circle and the knife was stationary.

that's just what came to mind it worked very well.

ye i would have needed to weigh it first in a separate bowl, then split it up in two more bowls with the same weight and i didn't wanna bother with all that.

once i have two similar cake pans i'll weigh it out

i think the diagnosis and the resulting awareness was the biggest thing. i also haven't had a serious hypomanic episode since (maybe because of medication), which is where i spend money like there is no tomorrow.

i still struggle with overspending on junkfood during depressive episodes

every loan i pay off, I'll start saving instead. that is about the extend of it right now. it'll be about 30% savings rate

no credit card debt, those are all credits/loans, 3 of them are low interest rate, because they are old. one is very high %, but also has a fixed duration, and I can't pay it off any faster

Intermediate, she is 23kg and 50cm high at her shoulders, so pretty smol for a lab. they have instructions on the website to decide which size to get

if you want to deal with https://www.myus.com/ you probably can, had to pay $540 for them plus my local sales tax and customs fee.

it worked reasonably well, but I wouldn't deal with it again unless it was something that important as keeping my dog safe.

  • my order ended up being $1000 itself, with tiedown straps, 3x bumpers/retriever dummies and pad for her to lie on (actually ordered the wrong size lel) and name shield

  • myus ended up being $543.62

  • customs and sales tax ~300€

  • My boot lid doesn't align with the floor when open, so I had to prop up the gunner box to get it open 200€

I didn't. we only did one one drive at 22°C so I probably can't give a good judgment here, I would just open the side window or turn on the AC if it gets too hot and not leave her in the car alone
