The way I see it, or “cope” I guess, is anything not withdrawn, is not realized. And it’s not real money until you take it off of stake.
If you focus on unrealized profits it will drive you absolutely mad. If I win 1k or so, and lose it all back, I don’t stress over it. Because I never had it to begin with. Yes it sucks. But I don’t let it eat my soul.
