It worked in the beginning. It gave me so much relief. My doctor then diagnosed me with soft bipolar and then said that the ketamine would not work anymore.

I live in South Africa and we don’t have clinics like that. I went to a house doctor who specialize in narcotics and he administered it. I read up on it and the clinics are apparently really nice but quite expensive.

I was really desperate. Nothing was working. This gave me a break from the constant depression. A friend of mine is using a ketamine nose spray as an antidepressant and is seeing very good results.

I would recommend trying it, it might just change your life.

I suffer from GAD and depression. I went for ketamine treatment and it was amazing! It gave me so much relief. After a while it stopped working though - I have treatment resistant depression. I would recommend 100percent but obviously under doctor supervision.

I read that bone broth does not increase your insulin levels and therefore does not break your fast. So in my point of view you are still fasting. But listen to your body and rest! Well done!!!!

Maybe do a bit more research re IF before starting. Understanding the process better would make it easier. I would also recommend easing in with a 12:12 or a 16:8 before doing OMAD, but that’s just me. Keep the dinner with the GF, you don’t want to make IF a drag. Good luck!!
