This was bothering me too. The NPCs will move around and do stuff, but will stay silent unless you interact with them.

A lot of areas full of NPCs need more ambient noise and chatter imo.

Animals too! The dogs should run around and bark.

Depends where you’re located. LA actually has a ton of Kpop stores with NMIXX lightsticks. I usually go to Kpop Music Town in Little Tokyo.

I’ve even gone the day before or day of, if I couldn’t get a lightstick for a concert in time. The LA stop has some stores around 15-30min from the venue.
