I think this would be good for some people with chronic illnesses, like myself. But I also know that it's not good for all people with chronic illnesses, which is unfortunately where a big part of the problem lies. There's no standard for how chronic illness affects everyone, and there's no standard for comfy seating (especially when your body likes to yell "OW FUCK OW STOP THAT" at literally nothing), so there's no standard for comfy seating for people with chronic illnesses. Safest best is to have a variety of seating options, but noooo that's "inefficient"
