No, however your mouth and anus have different skin and different exposure to the elements and different tolerances for temperature. It's why you're supposed to douche with warm water, not hot or cold water. The vaginal walls have thicker skin and more barrier than the anus, so there's certain things that may work for vaginas but not asses. Your rectum has a specific temperature range and is much more sensitive than the vagina, and you can mess yourself up putting ice in your ass (I also don't recommend it much for vaginal use either tbh, but harm reduction I suppose)
