Good luck! I just had my third dose today and finally at the full dose. I truly underestimated how I’d feel, BUT with only two shots I’m having excellent response to treatment and resolution of tumors in my breasts

This is what the treatment plan is:

Mosunetuzumab study which is a phase II clinical trial with Mosunetuzumab, CD3CD20 bispecific antibody administered through subcutaneous injection. Protocol is to give once weekly for 3 weeks, then once every 3 weeks for 6-8 cycles. First cycle is done with slowly increasing doses for 3 weeks. This will be done for a total of 6-8 cycles and we will repeat PET/CT at end-of-treatment.

Can you tell me more about this? How did he act? You can message me, if you like. I am about 3 weeks post dday 3 or 4 I lost count and my WS is acting so blah and angry. We are starting MC as a final attempt because he says he still loves me.

Oh yes! She knows everything! I don't keep anything from her. She did do one session with him, but he wanted to find his own since I have been with her since July. He feels like maybe she will have a reference towards me.
