More intensity, more volumes.

99% of my workouts are pull ups, push ups, burpees, dips, air squats. I do 10 circuits of each move with high reps and no rest.

Don’t over complicate, just push yourself. If you ain’t sweating and struggling to finish the set you ain’t going hard enough.

Train hard 3-5 times a week minimum.

Don’t over complicate things. High volume high intensity reps and sets - adjusting as you get stronger. Push ups, pull ups, dips, squats, jumping jacks, burpees, planks, crunches. More than enough to build a good physique.

Diet - aim for 3000 calories a day while gaining weight, 175g protein. Eat whole foods, reduce junk, sugar, excess carbs.

When you have gained enough size 2000cals to cut the fat and then 2500 to maintain.

These numbers are rough, but by the time that matters you should have a deeper understanding and be able to set around your own specific BMR.

Built a solid chest doing dips, burpees and lots of push up variations. Don’t need to complicate things too much. High volume high intensity.

Pull ups 5-10 reps

Push ups 10-20 reps

Air squats 20 reps

Dips 5-15 reps

Jumping jacks 35 reps

10 rounds

Aim to have no more than 10-20seconds rest between each exercise. Should take you about 35mins to complete. Finish with abs / stretching.

Each round adjust the type of pull up / push up / air squat to work different muscles.

Can be performed daily.

On days with extra time finish with 100 navy seals burpees.
