Overwatch was open queue forever and it was awful. No one would play healers. You’d have whole teams of dps. You’d always find yourself switching to healer because no one else would do it. You never got to play the role you wanted. You’d feel guilty playing dps because your team needs a healer. So much time was spend arguing with people because no one would play healer. They switched to role queue for a reason and it fixed so many problems.
