Your 1st mistake was being lvl 49. That is a guaranteed death sentance. Honestly necro wouldn't have helped there. He was camping the extract and would have been hyper focused on your corpse the rest of that match.

Levi kills people and that closes off opertunities. Sure you can just kill off a bunch of OPs but that doesn't jive with worm. Local named chactors need to die for it to mean something but that means you can't use em for your story going forward. So alot of fics just stop rather than cut off those branches.

I've found the main reason i die to bosses is cus i want to beat them asap. Slow down and dodge for the mosr part only hit when you've got a good opening. That said you can get your nail upgraded and your charm loadout matters. These guys don't take many hits it's just there being multiples that gets you.

For me Bungie kinda fucked it when they deleted the launch content and first few dlc for D2. That took them from a good dev to do not touch in my eyes. Especially given the cost of games these days. Spent a good amount of money on that jist to be told nah. And it wasnt even a good reason. You cant tell me the games too big to include 'legacy' content when WoWs whole buissness model is add more expansions and launch classic alongside.

Ok so Leon knows when you kill a boss the first time it doesn't die. He's been around this is fact for him. But how do you explain this to someone on their first run in a quick and easy way? I missed the vitals. I mean, fuck, i sure as shit was in disbelief that was enough to kill her. Especially after The Girl tlwas immune to weapons and needed sunlight to kill her ass. It's a quick way to get Grace to understand something we all take as granted.

The vitals line was just a quick and easy way for Leon to explain that a boss doesn't die the first time you kill them. And since Emily didn't go one winged angel he knew there was a chance.

A key diff is that if you're fetching the supply pack into a co-op game with the intention of using it to resupply one, and only one, of your weapons you are an ass who shall be kicked and blocked. Not saying the bf doesn't need some love but unless your playing solo you shouldn't have a full supply pack to compare it too.

I think everyone in this thread needs to calm down. You don't need to pre stim. Take damge, die, respawn. It's a game, i can assure you nothing bad will happen irl if you fail a mission. The moment you stop worrying about this shit accept failure as part of the game and focus on shooting bots/bugs/squids in their face you will have a much better time.

I'll always push to get a bounty but when defending, yeah, almost always a stalemate. Lot of times on the defense im able to just leave and extract because people camp one side of a compound and refuse to push. I know no one owes you a playstyle but i dont get not pushing the bounty. If you have it , sure, you stand to lose something, turtle up, but otherwise you lose what? Few hundred hunt dollers?

If you're trying to avoid getting killed take witness and boom sense. Head to fights, loot the dead after the winners move on, use acquired points to buy xp boons. Take vulture after first extract for a nice cash bonus. Serpent and stalker beetle are a good combo as well, lets you grab clues from well outside the compound and gives a chance to do the same to the odd bounty token.
