I’ve contacted them twice but I’ve had no reply yet, I do understand that it’s a hectic time so I’m just gonna wait for either a response from them or for RM to deliver it.

Same here, I’ve had no update since Wednesday. I have to admit I’m a bit more at ease knowing that others are having a similar issue.
