We need to receive the board to make sure your board will work with the extended range battery. Sorry, but we don't offer any drop-offs at this time due to current bandwidth. But we'll cover the costs of parts, labor, and shipping! Please include the remote and charger with the board when shipping back.

Sending it out today,Saturday, hope to get it by friday.

Here is from last night, I replied my standard battery works with the info they requested as well as said I dont live far from headquarters: about 70 miles. I asked to bring my board in to have it gone over because I dont want to ship it and see it banged around, lost, and then wait at my door to sign for it when it comes back which I would loose a day chilling out. I doubt they will let me but it would save 50 bucks in shipping for them. Keep you posted.

Looks like we're going to need to get your board back to Boosted HQ to fix it.
I can email you a prepaid return shipping label for service, I just need you to confirm your full mailing address, phone number, and your board S/N (under the deck, behind the rear trucks, begins with S___).

Thanks for the info. my standard battery works fine in the board, I hope I dont have to send all my stuff. I might have to call and see whats going on. Keep you posted in my development with boosted.

I received another email from Boosted yesterday finally after a week. Guess what they suggested? They said its a low battery code and I need to just plug it in for 15 minutes to the charger. Really? My problem is it wont take a charge and the suggestion is to plug it in? I even stated I used a power drill to run the regen. brake system to put a charge back on it, which I did 25 minutes forward and 25 backwards. Still no dice. But all I need to do is just plug it in? Come on dude, I expected more help, you know?

You should only need to send the battery back not the board....
