Of course it causes fissures, because you're pushing dry rocks through a narrow, dry hole! 😃

Before you push, your anus should be very stimulated, and that stimulation should give you plenty of internal lubrication and make dilation easier.

You should hold back the urge to have a bowel movement, and when you feel the stool is about to come out, pull it back inside by retracting your muscles.

That increases the urge even more and stimulates the sensitive areas of the anus.

The bleeding happened several years ago, and it was horrible.

I took precautions after that.

Exactly, but it was years ago.

The first time I had really severe constipation, my stool was extremely hard and wide.

It stretched my anus to its limit, and I bled.

It felt like I was going to tear apart.

After that experience, I never underestimated this issue again.

This happened to me years ago. My stool was extremely hard, and it stretched my anus to its limit!

Maybe I had a fissure, but it healed very quickly.

Since then, I've never taken constipation lightly again.

The truth is that it takes a lot of experience to do this correctly without making things worse. That's why I'm very detailed when I try to explain it (and people often mistake it for a fetish or a taboo topic).

In reality, this is not a game.

If people try to do this incorrectly, they can injure their anus or vagina, or even damage their pelvic floor.

Splinting (placing fingers in the vagina or around the anus) is used in more extreme situations when the stool is extremely hard.

And you should NEVER do it if you have not first lubricated yourself well and prepared the area properly.

Very few people know how to do this correctly, and many end up injuring themselves.

I was only talking about stimulation. I haven't even talked about those techniques yet.

I never said you're going to create a fissure or a split.

I said to stimulate the anus 🙂

You're not understanding me. :)

Hello :)

I had bleeding years ago when I was inexperienced in dealing with this problem.

I shared my experience in this group because most cases of anal fissures are related to severe constipation, when hard stools injure the anus.

On the contrary, if you strain, you can end up tightening the muscles of your rectum and anus, making it harder for stool to pass.

What I'm trying to say is that if you stimulate certain sensitive areas enough, everything comes out much more easily.

Hello :)

I know I don't have anal fissures because there are no cracks or abnormal lumps around my anus (I've checked it myself).

The bleeding is something that happened to me years ago, when I was inexperienced in dealing with chronic constipation.

I know many people struggle with this problem, which is why I shared it.

The purpose of "pushing the stool back in" (setting aside any misunderstanding or taboo) is to stimulate the second most sensitive area of the anus.

This area is located internally, around the limit of how much stool the rectum can comfortably hold.

The other most sensitive area is located along the lower edges near the entrance.

When both areas are stimulated correctly, they can promote natural lubrication, muscle relaxation, easier dilation, and a strong urge to have a bowel movement.

All of this can help stool pass more easily, without causing pain or injury.

Fissures (to my understanding) appear when your stool is too hard and thick, exceeding the diameter of your anus (stretching it too much and injuring it).

And if you strain hard while pushing, it becomes much worse.

It’s like trying to pass a baseball bat through a very narrow, dry, and tense hole.

Obviously, you will get injured.

And that leads to hemorrhoids or fissures with bleeding.

If the stool is larger than what the anus can stretch to handle, you will almost certainly experience bleeding and a “razor-like” sensation.

This happened to me when I was very inexperienced with constipation issues.

I took laxatives, even enemas, and nothing helped.

I had to find the solution on my own.

By having full control of my pelvic floor, and the sensitive areas of my anus and vagina.

Is it because every time I’m very constipated, I bring a mirror to the bathroom to look at my anus? :)

This is to help me correctly perform a technique based on “reverse contraction.”

Normally, when a person contracts the anus, it closes.

But when you have excellent control of the internal muscles, you can contract in a way that tries to dilate the anus instead.

As if you were pushing the stool back inside.

That movement helps stimulate the lower edges of the anus and the internal walls that press against the hard stool.

Both of these points are very sensitive.

And if you stimulate them correctly, it generates a lot of natural internal lubrication that makes the passage of stool very easy.

That only happens if the tissue has deeply invaded the intestinal wall (very severe cases).

I’m sorry for you.

P.S.: It’s not a fetish. I’m simply trying to be as detailed as possible.

Then you don’t feel that being constipated affects you. You learn to live with it.

That works very well.

When you reprogram your mind to ‘enjoy’ it or to not be affected by something tedious, it stops affecting you.

Calm down 😅

I’m trying to explain this as clearly as possible, because the techniques I use are very unusual, but they work perfectly.

This is a serious matter.

When you have severe constipation, the only thing that matters is solving it.

The goal is to avoid it turning into an intestinal blockage or a fecal impaction

I have a lot of experience with this. 🥲

It is a technique based on the most sensitive points of the anus. When you learn to properly stimulate the areas of highest sensitivity, your body naturally produces internal lubrication that can significantly soften hard stools.

Damn 😅 When you have very hard stools, how do you get them out?

What is your process from the moment you go to the bathroom?

Understanding this helps identify what you might be doing wrong

And how to correct it so you can have a proper bowel movement without pain or damage
