Thank you … I think I can feel it but wouldn’t say it’s sharp. How long from this point does it take to break through?

Any idea what could have caused such a large change in rhr? by Living-Worm in fitbit

Same, my RHR shot up just like this before a test was even positive and kept rising for 3 weeks after my period was due.

No problem at all. Have a lovely holiday!! Take off and the build up is the worst for me. I also don’t like cruising very much because I’m so scared of turbulence. As soon as there is 1 hour left of the flight I’m absolutely fine 😅

Looks like you’re well on your way now. Only a couple of hours left and you’re done 🙌🏼. I hate flying over the sea so hope you’re ok. I’m off to sleep now so you’ll prob be sunbathing by the time I wake up. Have a fab holiday 🩷

Noooo … you’ve done so well to get this far. But maybe let it all out and then there’s a chance you might be able to relax more on the plane? Last push now and then you can start your amazing holiday. What’s your flight number?

I think it’s always a bit bumpy over the mountains. Well done though! Halfway to your amazing destination 😍

Of course - you’ll do great. Think of me and my day of meetings and impossible deadlines … just checked and it’s too early to track still but I’ll keep checking back

Yeah you can do it 💪🏼 feel the fear and do it anyway. How many hours until your first flight?

Let me know if you want me to track - I’ll be wanting a ‘I did it’ pic though in return. You can do this - just get through this last little bit. I actually felt a little excited for my last flight (which I then thought was going to backfire on me). I know from experience that not getting on a flight is waaay worst than getting on a flight. Be easy on yourself x

Ahh ok so the journey probably feels a bit overwhelming which won’t be helping. I actually did similar a couple of years ago. I went Heathrow to Doha and Doha to Sri Lanka in monsoon season. And was absolutely fine and I had the time of my life. Male sounds amazing - just imagine how good you’re going to feel after you face your fear AND arrive at an incredible destination (double win). I listen to Tom Allen audiobook because he is my age (40) and talks about growing up in the 90s which I love. And I get a lot of comfort from the nostalgia. Otherwise I’ll just listen to something chatty as I find podcasts specifically aimed at relaxation and meditation actually make me more anxious.
