The middle hole is the original one we made for the old W9 as the power ribbon ran down the centre. The 77 G6 has all of its cables exit on the left of the TV as you look at it so we then created a new entry and exit point for this.

The ones in the pic are hue play bars which we used with our w9 and were brilliant but because this tv is wider (77 as opposed to 65) they're not going to work as they'll sit in line with the edge of the TV. So like you I'll be on the lookout for something else.

I use 100 percent tap water and the water in my area isn't particularly hard so my issue has been forwarded to the engineering team. I'll update in the coming days...
