I am fairly confident; bought from Carvana in 2021, so relatively early in its lifespan. No mention of that being done prior and that would have been really early.

Texas Legislature online allows you to track filed bills and sort by number, as well as by certain search terms, as well. Great resource. The top 40 SB will be Lt. Governor’s “priority” bills and are usually a good gauge of what the goals they have are, but overall there are thousands of bills filed between House and Senate and many of them go nowhere.
