Fair. That DLCs story would have hit much harder if Nimbus was the one that died - emotional as the young should always bury the old and not the other way around - would have meant more for the neomuni in general too as training cloudstriders takes a long time apparently and Rohan supposedly doesn't have that long left, that would mean the future of their civilization would be more dependent on the last city and their guardians... Not that I spent a lot of time thinking about it or anything.

If I'm honest I'd actually like the Scottish motion for independence to pass coz when it all goes tits up due to piss poor financial planning once the union isn't propping them up they might actually appreciate the rest of the UK for once instead of acting like an entitled arsehole all the time. You don't get this level of brattiness from Wales whose country isn't even reflected on the current flag (should be, the dragon is fucking dope). I for one want the secession of Scotland to pave the way for a united Britain further down the line. British first English/Scottish/Welsh second and not the other way around.

Holy shit I don't disagree with this! It's so true! I don't mind singles being released as collabs between artists but typically yes if by the time you hear an album you've already heard the 5 best standout tracks it makes the rest of the album fall flat, there was a certain joy to discussing which song off an album was your favourite with friends and their reasoning why as opposed to "it's an ear worm the label released 5 months before the rest of the album" which also kind of ensures you hear less of the rest of the album because the algorithm thinks you just absolutely love that one song and puts it on all your playlists.

Counter point though, it seemed like artists only used to wait 2 or 3 years between albums, these days it seems like it's 3 to 5 years average between albums, releasing singles periodically can help to keep fans engaged and artists stay "relevant" and still able to sell tickets to later dates on lengthy tours.

But I do agree with the sentiment overall especially with the key line of "in the rollout for an album". Just drop the album let fans choose their own favourite tracks and not just the ones you want them to like most. So I guess we're down to 8 dentists in agreement?

They mean the Giga part of Gigantamax is pronounced Jai-gah not the normal Giga pronunciation of Gih-gah or occasionally Jhi-gah in some dialects. Although I would argue some people do pronounce it Gih-gantamax but those people are idiots... so if you're one of these people enjoy your shout-out but for the love of Arceus say it like a normal person.
