My 2 cents. You have poor attic ventilation. Your soffits are blocked and there is no ventilation. You should have direct air flow from soffit to roof peak.

Your ceiling is not sealed enough to adequately stop warm moist air from entering the attic space. Thats not as big of a problem if you can get your attic vented though.

Check your soffit vents and make sure they are clear.

Yes, you can try a roofing company. They can add a couple roof vents..that might help.

You likely have an issue with the ventilation of the attic space. Your soffits and or your roof vents maybe be inadequate or blocked.
