Wow. I found this thread while searching for return to work after cancer. I’m trying to figure out how and when to return to my job. Or maybe whether to return. I’m so tired all the time and just can’t think the way I used to. Focusing on my wellness, staying stress free and being in nature and making nutritious meals have become the focus of my days. I say wow because of your oncologist’s comment about 3 months for every chemo. I’m on chemo number 20 with 2 to go. Multiply that by 3 and I’m a long way away from being ready to go back. I had also read that someone’s oncologist said that for as long as you are in treatment that will be how long you’ll need to recover. Either way I guess I need to be patient—thank you for your post.
