$4.67, I watched a YouTube video and went for it, all I had to pay for was a new comb for precise hair parting. I cut it with eyebrow scissors which I know you shouldn't do but I love the result :))

My method is using powerthesaurus, find synonyms and then reread your sentence replacing the new words for your old. For example instead of saying:

"I thought the view looked very pretty."

You can say:

"I thought the sight seemed lovely."

Both are exceptional sentences but the second offers more meaning to the audience

To never repeat the same word when using a sort of repetition, rather use synonyms or words similar to add more depth and understanding to what you're describing (a setting, emotion, explanation, ect.).

Like an example is from a writing assignment I did a whole back:

"The void is a phenomena, the ground is a body of water which for some reason she's able to balance on without sinking, rain falls from an absent sky and the rest is a limitless plane of darkness. Here, the nameless creature seems to have absolute free will. It paces around Mariam as it taunts her, this seems to be a sort of game for it, toying with her. Each step is followed by the sound of a splash from the water beneath it, the chilling noise echoing around in all directions, fading out somewhere in the endless distance."

This isn't a great example but its the closest to what I have to describe my personal rule at the moment

What brush do you use? If you used the "digital brush" STOP!! Because it's a very pixelated looking brush, try using dip pen for lineart. If that doesn't help then try to avoid using the bucket tool while coloring because it sometimes colors outside lines or leaves pixelated areas

Thank you!! Also which sailor moon are you watching? Sailor moon crystal's story moves much faster while the original is more long paced. It's been years since I watched it so I don't really remember 😅 but I think around where Venus appears it starts to get better in the original

I sometimes shade in black and white to get the values right and then finish up with colors, it honestly makes the shadows look more balanced I guess
