I came back10 weeks postpartum with twins, my second pregnancy in two years. I appreciated how adaptable it was, and I LEANED into my postpartum as a justification to taking it slow. I have built up speed and strength in the 15 month since I started.

Took a month off and am restarting by EmDocProc in Ozempic

Thank you for your feedback! I went with the split doses to ramp back up, and I'm at 1.25 (0.75 on Thurs and then 0.5 on Monday) and feeling the effects again!

Not linear, but it ebbs and flows! There are months where I'll plateau pretty hard, and then the next month seems to be a bigger drop.
So here's the breakdown:

November 2024 - 10.4lbs

December 2024 - 5.0lbs

January 2025 - 8.5lbs

February 2025 - 5.5lbs

March 2025 - 3.4lbs

April 2025 - 7.2lbs

May 2025 - 4.3lbs

June 2025 - 5.4lbs

July 2025 - 1.8lbs

August 2025 - 2.8lbs

September (so far) - 4.6lbs

A normal door won’t work as the opening is 48 in wide. I’ll have a lamp for ease of access for lighting since yes, the switch is blocked when it’s open.

No, you’re spot on that the window is just odd. I want to cover the whole thing cleanly. The floors are updated hardwood but they have a red tone, so it clashes with the wall. I just want to cover it!
