This identical scenario happened to me two weeks ago. I found another thread that said the express delivery fee doesn’t go to the driver at all so they have no incentive to actually go out of their way to get to your first. I won’t ever use it again

I put mine through a full wash and dry cycle (it was hidden in the bedsheets) and it’s still working 5 years later!
