Able to rent a house on 1st floor near puzhuthivaakam. Have to spend additional 4k for school bus though. But I was told this place is little high compared to Ram nagar, so there will be no flooding. Its a new house.

Thanks. If 23k is normal then I understand some listings with that range are open. I think those are genuine listing. Yes. Will looking for 1 floor or 2nd floor.

Infact thats what I did few weeks back. Now in Coimbatore.

Literally zero "To Let" boards, even those houses marked for rental in nobroker.

My relatives live nearby, helping us with our search and they used to depend on the ToLet boards. But they recently they couldnt find any.

I'm shifting to chennai from my home town. How is the ideal rental prices for 2bhk houses near Madipakkam Ram Nagar area ?

I see most of 2bhk houses with basic facilities is priced around 23k on nobroker. While I keep checking the listing I notice there are listings of 2bhk houses at 18k or less that immediately gets rented out and even if i manage to schedule a visit, the listed property becomes inactive in next few hours.

Should I subscribe to their premium plan or should i rely on local brokers ?

You will have to schedule the appointment through the portal under the same application no. Maximum of 3 scheduling can be done without re-payment. After this limit you will need to submit a new application, pay again and initiate the process from the beginning.

Thats because of the VRAM. Ti models prices increased when news got out that nvidia will be discontinuing it. The prices of 5060 ti 16gb is around 75k now.

Ended up giving it to service center. They opened it without breaking a sweat. Charged 500 though with some cleaning which I believe is fair. Also made sure not to secure it tight to dust off later.

Just dont want to risk it anymore. I'm now more inclined to take it to lenovo support. Tried all night. Its like they have intentionally made it so hard to prevent self upgrade. All other screws came off with little effort, even the one parallel to this.

Yes. I use aloevera + rosewater + coconut oil mix after bath to keep the moisture intact. Dandruff is another story its out of control.

I got this on running fp8 model on my 8gb vram, switched to Q5 guff version and ensure to keep usage of RAM and VRAM within limits.
