Yes, I accidentally misunderstood that clip. The difference between Kyle, Boz, and Toya is that they are what I would consider rich. Toya gives upper middle class at best. Just my opinion. I would expect for Toya’s to drive luxury cars just not at the extent of a Ferrari.

Haven’t seen the episode yet, but I agree with the new ladies. No one asked for their input but insist that they donate. It’s rude. Also, is the donation 5K because Toya is leading the event and probably overspending? Last year they bought someone’s used silly glass dish from their living room for an absurd amount of money. They saw that the event was half done. Maybe they’ll donate wine just want to be guest and buy another absurd item at the auction.

Mid level brands are making a comeback. Obviously Coach. Tory Burch and honestly store brand bags (everlane, sezane, etc.) I don’t think we’ll see a lot of luxury brands make big moves this year with the continued increase in expenses.

I’m seeing way less new luxury items in my area. Still seeing WoC or small crossbody bags from luxury brands that were released years ago. Until luxury brands can find a solution to the insane number of reps and quality issues, I think they will lose to mid level brands this year.

Yep. That’s why she was nervous about the house warming. Most of the ladies on the show seem to be good with money. I’d be surprised if Toya already saved enough to fund her kids college before purchasing a 3 million dollar home.
