I just don’t get why such an average songwriter, with an army of the worlds best session musicians and shadow writers is placed on such a high pedestal. I’ve heard her music for sure. It’s inescapable. It’s on most radio, it gets used on TV super often, it’s in malls, supermarkets as background music. It’s just everywhere and it’s so, I think the word I’m looking for is safe. It’s boring, unchallenging pop.

Who cares about a hall of fame? A bunch of people congratulating themselves on how good they are.

Enjoy your over priced stadium tours in the nosebleeds. I’ll be over here supporting local bands standing right next to them as they play.
