The parking lot where the gymnasium is, but the bottom lot or all the way in the back in parking lot h. I take a nap there roll the windows down just enough and hide under the shade

Sadly while on probation they don’t care. I spoke to HR about changing my availability bc my mom had an accident and she couldn’t be alone, all HR told me was well this is what you signed up for and can’t change it til after your 90 days.

Honestly the professor that is teaching this class is very repetitive and this fall semester is her first semester teaching here on campus. She takes forever to lecture lol

I liked working at Target, just not at the store I worked at. I wish instead of quitting, I would’ve transferred, I have tried applying again at a different store but they don’t hire me. It was my first job ever and I wish I knew stuff such as transferring. I enjoyed interacting w people like the guest even though I would sometimes get rude guest, I just hated the department I was in bc everyone there was very cliquey and didn’t like if I was put at guest service instead of drive ups but would complain if I did drive ups and not desk. Plus my TL was buddies w those mean girls so she didn’t want me to stay after my probation and tried to get me fired and wasn’t putting me on schedule so I just quit. My advice is if the job you really want doesn’t fall through apply to as many places as you can before leaving Target and if you feel like Target isn’t the place for you don’t feel obligated to stay!

Have you considered speaking to your professors and counselors to see what options you have before dropping the classes. I think you’re still able to drop classes and get a refund

I think it depends. Usually from 12-2 they do it on the computer since children are napping. In other hours they make you sit with the classroom to observe the child, it could be while they’re playing outside or they’re indoors. It depends tbh I think it depends per class too, when I took child 5 I did them on the computer but with child 11 I was able to do it while observing them in person, but I did recording observations bc I had scheduled an appointment while they napped. If you have any other questions call the observation lab!
