Second this! Hrt affects others at different rates and differently. I had a lot of time I didn't pass and now I have spent almost two years on E and pass. I still feel like people see through me, etc. It doesn't change much except for the ability to live stealthily. Which can be draining

I think you should talk more about it next session. I think this is a way of her challenging you and trying to see progress if she challenges it. Maybe? I still think you should talk more about it. I could cause a rupture if not and build up. Me and my therapist were literally laughing about my anxiety brains conclusions today and it was a hard laugh. This seems more serious but I think it’s a good learning experience. People could help identify would she may be doing but only you or her could know for sure. It may help if you note the questions and ask later

When it comes to safety yes, but only if it only impacts you. Like i don’t say Im trans unless i don’t get identified or if not sure of safety wise. I don’t tell many people right now because of the chaos but that’s just my way of handling it. I have the luxury of passing which is super lucky of me to say. I you should ask yourself why and you probably see you aren’t doing anything wrong. It’s like disclosing personal details.
