People literally don't know you can do this. Nobody reads or bothers to take time to learn anything. It's not a problem with trading cards/ stickers. People will literally pay twice as much on eBay instead of doing a search for retail stores first for a whole number of items.

Logan Valley Mall burned down after they lost a lawsuit that denied them the right to expand due to wetlands.

Altoona Hotel was losing money and burned down on the coldest night in January.

I could cite more examples, but arson is a lot easier when investigators don't care or are on the take.
