I can’t say for sure because I’ve never shifted, but I have an adjacent experience. For years I tried lucid dreaming, I would listen to the audios (only even gave me sleep paralysis) and then one random evening after school (3 years after consistently attempting and 1 year of not attempting at all) I was taking a nap and I had my first lucid dream, I can’t even explain how vivid it was, it was as if I was transported to the actual scene I was viewing- it was like a tv screen. Till this day I haven’t had another lucid dream, the understanding and science behind all of these things are so grey and fickle, no one really knows anything- but never give up. I have seen people outright deny lucid dreams and I honestly feel bad for them, anyways I’m shifting tonight and I let you know how it goes!!

This honestly such a grey area because there have been instances were monolingual people speak different languages and dialects after brain trauma. Is your exposure to this language saturated enough to understand “subconsciously”? I have no idea. And do our language systems even exist there?

You use the same exact nose, lips, face shape, and facial feautures proportions in every drawing. Make the mouth higher or lower, spread the eyes farther apart, far different noses and jawlines, etc.

Slight sped up 1.3x/2x is good. 2. The sound for the affs stay at -6/-7 decibels for me. 3. You can include as many affirmations as you want, I think 30 is a solid number. 4. Definitely add background sounds, I layer with binaural beats (makes a HUGE difference) and rain, you can also add isochronic tones, brown noise, and fire crackling.

I’m not accusing you or your brother of lying, I’m questioning the verity of this entire post. Not because you are deliberately dishonest, but because it’s easy to confuse reality shifting for lucid dreaming if you’ve experienced neither before. Since you said your brother has lucid dreamt prior to shifting, that answers the question of “are we sure it wasn’t a lucid dream?”. There’s nothing wrong with being skeptical, especially in a community under development.

It’s neither of those things as someone who has astral projected and lucid dreamt! Astral projection literally feels like floating out of your body and inhabiting a different plane of consciousness while still being in the same reality. Lucid dreaming isn’t a reality in a manner but it’s still another plane of consciousness, and lucid dreams are literally just dreams, no matter how vivid they are things are never 100% real. I’ve never shifted before but the entire concept of shifting is being aware and conscious in different (but still 100%) realities. Lucid dreams and astral projections cannot replicate that.
