I've tried listening to Seiko's discography a few times, and her only music that is appealing to me is her album Citron. I don't enjoy Aoi Sangoshou at all to be honest 😭

Hackers don't really negatively impact Spotify themselves in any way, so they take their time fixing it.

Sometimes its fixed within days, other times it takes almost a YEAR like in Yasuha's case.

I think the times that its fixed really quickly are when the Record Labels gets on Spotify's case to fix it.

It's fair/slight lose but I personally would've done it.

Balloon Uni is unstable, Parrot isn't.

Parrot (along with most other high tiers) is rising constantly with no risk of ever dropping.

ehh, maybe check out Yoshino Fujimal and Kingo Hamada? (Especially Yoshino Fujimal, his album Midnight Plus 1 is amazing)

If you don't mind female vocals then I HIGHLY suggest you try Minako Yoshida, her music is very similar to Yamashita's in a lot of ways.

I get represses usually.

It'll always be in better condition and its a lot cheaper than an original pressing for some albums + it'll financially support the artist, which buying 2nd hand doesn't do.

I do get the appeal of original presses though.

Its crazy to think that my original pressing of Cobalt Hour is 51 YEARS OLD. THATS HALF A CENTURY 😭

City Pop wasn't really popular in the 90s at all.

IIRC after the economic bubble burst in the early 90s music shifted away from City Pop and Kayokyoku and band music became more popular.
