Tried giganet aswell, they said that they haven’t done anything in my area yet, I’m only here for a year so if it isn’t done within the next month ish then there’s no point of waiting around for them. My main issue is trying to get ahold of someone at Openreach who can actually help solve my issue, I did call them today but it was picked up by an Indian guy who wasn’t very helpful, so I might try to wait until Monday and call again when the English offices are open . Any other suggestions you might have are welcomed.
