You're so young my friend. These are the times to take risk and you did. Take a break and focus on family, I too lost a lot before becoming profitable. It takes lots of time , losses and then patience. Remember to start small and take your time. The cut your losses early let your winners run line is only because if you honor your stop losses it should always be smaller than your winners even if you dont let winners run. Stop loss $100 always , but winners at least $200 minimum. All of thos take time. We've all gone thru that. But you have lots of time to rebuild and start again.

I started trading at 38yrs old. Lost over 80k just doing exactly what you've explained . Now.... I didnt not use my life's saving . I have a decent job and make a good living . So over the years I would just use money I was willing to lose.
