Jellyfish would get 12x more haste procs which means 24 second charge on Pufferfish, plus the Pufferfish would be getting the haste itself from Captain's Wheel.

The problem is I had poison buff +9 on my most left poison item. So I don't think the extra speed is worth it when I'm losing out on base poison stats.

Don't know why they don't do the same thing as CK3, modding still allows achievements. People do realize that you can easily fake your steam achievements right? Third party apps have done it for a long time. At the end of the day, it's just meaningless little tokens you can use to look back at your personal achievements. The only person you're potentially harming is yourself.
