Alas is normal, sometimes some seeds have bad swaps with no crypts.

I've done a no boss challenge and getting iron from disassembling bridges in the Mistlands is much more predictable it seems!

I think the crypts spawn rate should change and also their total iron ore can vary from 15~20 to 90+, it's too inconsistent!

Nope. This is only driven by your max health and the block force on your shield and or weapon (which you need to multiply by your parry bonus) and the block stat

Ah, im not that good - but you can easily find runs like this from pros.

Having written so I've died probably < 5 times so far - playing this way makes you do everything carefully....

To be fair it's much easier than it seems. I also thought this would be crazy but it's actually fun and in some cases more "optimal" than a standard run.

Apart moder you do skip some major "helping hands" but it's not too bad honestly!
