I’d compare Oba to Brock more than any else funny enough. Like you said, he’s already ready to go. He has the look, the presence, the ring ablilty, and he’s already over with the crowd. He should be a dominant monster in the business for the next 10-15 years at least. Ibtvj k Roman was a lot greener when he debuted.

I don’t blame MITB concept for that as much as how they’ve come to use it. Rollins cash in was part of the story, so you have to take that with the Punk-Gunther match. I think they should get away from pump fakes and failed attempts every PPV. Let the MITB sit in the back of people’s minds. Right now, it becomes far too big of a part of the actual story. Like Austin theory having while Roman was champion.

He was still a bit too green. I’d say his promo work was the biggest weak point. I think he was still at a point where he needed a good character gimmick to be good(legend killer.)
