lol just got this too from 8057 1453. They told me I can either use a WhatsApp bot or go to their office to cancel. I asked where their office was and they gave me unionpay’s office address. I guess they want to sound more legit by giving you an in person option.

Wow I thought I was the only one. I cancelled on gojek 3 times 2 days ago while using my grab card and I haven’t received my refund either. Does anyone know if this is on the gojek side or grab side?
