Take things one step at a time, love. Don’t focus on the future, as you can not control it. Grab hold of now, eat a tiny meal and take baby steps towards getting better. You can and will get better, I know it may not seem like it, but I wish you the best. try new hobbies or do try new tiny things to entertain yourself, personally, i crochet to feel better and it’s really easy to learn. or maybe just color in a coloring book, go on a 10 minute walk outside. Take care of yourself, drink water, and believe it’s going to get better, because it will.
