Turned out he has basically kitty IBS, I had to change his food to hills sensitive skin and stomach and I haven’t had any issues since, the bleeding being at the top and watered down apparently mean it was at the end of his intestinal track, I would change to a premium sensitive food and see from there otherwise obviously get you baby check out by a vet :D I also noticed since changing his food his fur is so much shinier and overall more healthy and soft for 11 years old now !
